Looking after your mental health is important

Our mental health includes our emotional, psychological and social wellbeing. The quality of our mental health affects how we think, feel and act. It can affect our ability to make decisions, how we are dealing with stress, how we are relating to others and to ourselves.

Sometimes talking to somebody who is not your parent, friend or family member in a confidential and non-judgemental setting can help you to manage the worries and stresses of everyday life better.
